i do believe i am in need of a belt tensioning tool for my brothers 944S->S2 conversion. some moron who had the engine before him put the belts on wrong and thus the reason the car will not start. We need to pull the belt off, check the valves, then realign the cams and put the belt back on.

P.S. perry 951: my brother is going to give you a run for your money as far as the most problems with a car (and very expensive ones at that), and having the diligence to keep fixing it.

 

oh yeah, we just need to use it once and will "rent" it from whoever has one. or if anyone has one for sale at a reasonable pricewe will consider buying it.

I've got, or have acess to one I use at my shop when I get a car in that requires use of it. I usually have for weeks at a time and I can get whenever I need it. I'm in central indiana. I will be in ft Wayne this weekend running our midget at the coliseum all weekend though.
