Default 85.5 944 Project, Its Alive!

The short version; bought non-running 1985.5 944 grey import 87,000 miles. Replaced DME, changed oil/filter, transaxle oil, etc. Cranked right up, great oil pressure, no knocks or rattles, runs smooth, good temp, clutch works, AC works, has factory manual steering, decent paint, body, new tires, brakes work,,,,
The bad; needs carpet, and a few little things. Parting out is no longer an option. Now what do I do with it?

Nice Guards Red 944! Would love to see some better quality pictures of the car as you progress through its restoration. Glad to hear that you're not parting it out. Have you inspected the timing and balance belt yet? When in doubt, replace them, the water pump and the rollers.
