there are a few rocker finish "paints" available. they go on "pebbly" depending on how they are applied. they are thick and are susposed to protect against flying debris. you can paint over them (no primer needed) or paint first and use the clear type. You can get black, white grey and probably others. HTH

I originally misunderstood the posted question, but yours is the one that I actually answered. Krylon Fuzion black paint worked quite well for the plastic pieces.
