Default Anyone running 6" wheels up front on a 944 or 951?

I have been trying to search for the answer but have had difficulties based on a character limitation in the search function of Rennlist. I have an 1986 951 with wheel adapters - 21mm in front and 25.4 in rear. I have been using 17" cups with summer tires. I am interested in a pair of Design 90s with a 6" rim up front for winter tires - I am not sure if they will clear or have rubbing issues - can anyone provide some guidance? Thanks -

Jeremy

That shouldn't be a problem at all, they might be spaced out quite far enough, but for winter use that should be fine.

When I picked up my car it had 15x6 phone dials on the front. It was fine to drive around with until I had the other set re-finished.

What were you going to put on the rears.

Default Rears will have 8"

Thanks for the responses. The rears will have 8"s with the same tire size as the 16" OEM phone dials -

Jeremy-

I have a set of 6" wide D90's with a 55mm offset and they fit my S2 fine. You should not have any clearance issues with the spacer.

Cheers,
