Default looking for an early brown steering wheel

Does anyone have an extra brown steering wheel from an early 944?

Yeah, I've got one, but it'll need a new blinker cancel ring (plasitc piece).
email me at jonnyflyboy@yahoo.com if you want it.

You should be able to take the old turn signal cancelling ring off of the old steering wheel and transplant it- 3 phillips screws IIRC.

There is some difference in the spacers if you go to a different model year wheel, make sure to have the correct distance on the new (replacement) steering wheel vs the old one.

FWIW I replace the 3 spoke on the 924S with one from an 87 944 and the steering whel is 3/4" closer to me when I'm driving.. I like the change- makes for a nice knee rest..

Yeah, I had the WRONG distance piece on the new steering wheel - so just transplanted the old - hence, I can't give that part away (its happily involved in a long life in my steering column!).
In any case I'd gladly send it to a new home for not too much money.
By the way, it's plastic, not leather.
