Next question, does anybody on this board actually Own and Use them? I know my car is a Daily Driver Rain or shine but it never snows hard enough or long enough in Oklahoma to even bother with Chains.

Blizzak snow tires work better than studs, IMHO.

bcoupe968 welcome to rennlist and what a nice CLEAN car you have! How many miles does it have and if it was for sale what would you like to get for it? That car is REALLY clean!

thanks Antonioali

the car has 68,000 miles on it. the car is actually on autotrader because there is no room left in the garage here and i wanted to purchase an equally clean C2S, which is a couple more dollars

but i think im going to take it off autotrader soon, as we are planning on putting another garage on the house. then ill just have to wait a little longer for a C2S, and have both, hehe

Untill you hit Ice... Chains are by far the best traction in Ice or Snow... (but you are limited to a low speed and if you hit dry road you get lots of sparks)

Question

I got a set on ebay when I first got my car.

Haven't used them yet since we haven't had much need for them recently.

The really peculiar bit is that I bought them from a guy who lived in San Diego!!! Go figure!!!
