Default Check out this dash

I took this dash out of a 86 951. It is only has some short cracks around the defroster vents. It is tan with the black top. The only problem is on the passanger side next to the windshield. It got hot and bubbled up a little next to the windshield. I'm starting to part out a 83 euro, so I need the room in my garage. I'm open to any and all offers. It looks really good all over except the area where it got hot. I will try posting pics. If I can't do it, e-mail me and I will send you pics.

Yep it did get hot. The engine had a fuel fire on top. The dash just got hot. The phone dial in the back ground is to replace one on my 84. They are off of a 951. I do have some 15 phone dials off of the 83 euro that I'm fixing to start on.

I just don't want to trash it. As you can tell, the rest of the dash in good shape except the one hot spot on top.

I wonder if you could paint the damaged area with a flat/matching black semi gloss or something

I think you're suppose to dye vinyl (rather than paint). I have no idea how it's done, or how well it come done, though...

You should try to recover it leather or something, that would be a good solution to dash cracks.

How much do you want for it? That could make a fun project in trying to recover it.

Like I said before, I'm open to any and all offers. The picture makes it look worst than it is. I thought about trying some dye on it. But I wanted to show it to you guys untouched. I have a garage full of parts, and need to get some of the bigger stuff out to make room for the stuff off of the 83 euro. I also have the trim that goes around the cluster. It is great shape, as well as a tan and black late door panel. The list goes on and on.
