My only concern is the powder coating INSIDE the intake runners... It might restrict flow a bit especially if it's as thick as you say it is. Shouldn't it have been taped shut?

Hey Matt...Looks great! The last pic you took looks the blue powder I used for my engine stuff. I taped off my gasket surfaces but if it is smooth, and it looks like it is, I think it will seal fine.

Andris - it probably should have been. Since it is so smooth I dont think it will have that big of an effect. I have to take some other stuff to them, so I will ask. The only way to fix it would be chemical bath and I dont know if that would help or not.

Interesting that they did not tape off any of the machiened areas.

You should be fine running it as is.
