Removing cam sprocket bolt?

My cam sprocket bolt(the one behind the disttributor rotor) is stuck. What is the best way to remove it?

The triple square bolt? Start with a high quality bit and be prepared to apply lots of torque -- impact wrench perhaps? They frequently need to be drilled off.
