Default Allright WTF is this?

Never seen this before. A plastic bra for the 944. He should have cleaned it up before posting.

That would be ideal for a long trip to save the front bodywork from rock chips n stuff!

How about this one? Saw it at the Hershey swap meet back in 2001.

Oh, I forgot to mention that that car was PERFECT. I think it had a little over 10k miles or something ridiculous like that.

welll, nasty but you should see what the OEM Porsche bra did to the paint on my concours winning 951S when the little metal "S" clip came undone at 130 mph at the track..... that's gonna be a min $1500 paint job repair!

It would be really good to have just for long trips. Around town yeah take it off, but long road trips where looks kinda have to come second to protecting the car...

I just don't understand bra's.. I think they are extremely ugly (on any car).

I'd rather have a bit of paint damage than a bra on the car, a respray at the front and hood isn't very expensive either.

Default Urrrrrgh

I am with Anders on this one,

I mean, we drive ¨sports cars¨ that are driven in a sporty way.

If they get a stone chîp I think it adds to the personality of the car.

I believe that many people who see my car( and yes I do have some stone chips), they often say, why dont you re paint the front valance,,, but for me it makes me smile to know that they were caused by enjoying the driving.

It only makes sence to me to re paint when getting a car ready to sell.

If you are constantly buffing, waxing, washing vacuming, then you are not really enjoying this car for what it is.

Yes I wash and wax my car, but I spend a lot more time at the weekends enjoying driving it.

No offence to those who have immaculate ¨out of the box ¨type cars, they are really great to see and its nice to know that people value their cars appearance.

One of the best things I can ever see is a car after it has been on a long road trip, some dirt on it over the wheel arches etc... just like when you go to the pit lane after a race the cars look like racehorses after a big race, all sweaty and thats how they should be.

It quite often puts more of a smile on my face to see a car that is being used than one that is not.

Sorry for the rant.

Mine looks okay, but only becuase it hides the dent in the front valance panel! That will be taken care of soon though.
