Default Opinions On Step One

Winter project is paint and interior. Any opinions on whether to do interior before car is painted or after car is painted. I am going to see the painter tonight and was wondering if I should install interior before or after. No need to do door jams as they are excellent shape. I got lucky and got a complete interior at one source (private) including everything down to the switches. Front cowling is cracked and I have removed it for repair. I am going to try epoxy and some reinforcement of some sort to repair cracks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Going with basic black on black. Has anyone seen the metallic black colors???? was wondering if I should go with metallic or just plain Porsche black.

Interior goes in after the paint.
