Default What would you pay...

for my 951. In all seriousness, what would you offer me for my 951? Carefull as I might just take someone up on their offer (well, obviously not the rediculous ones that are bound to be posted). Consider that I'll deliever it pretty much anywhere in the country, take it in locally for a PPI, etc.

I'm getting frustrated with trying to sell.

wow, this would be a great oppurtunity for a really nice 951 (helpful sale plug) I would make an offer in a heart beat if i only had the funds. Someone buy this car before I save up enough and buy it. Its a great deal!

I sure wouldn't mind another in the driveway. My available funds would just be an insult, I'm afraid.

Damn, these deals never come up when I'm flush.

I've seen this happen all the time.. seller asks for a certain price, and he has to lower it after sometime. If it was $6500 I think it would sell in no time. I had a local guy so desperate to sell his 951 that he told me $6k I could take a 80k, lsd, black/black, turbo twist wheels, etc.. 951! He just couldn't sell the damn thing so he got desperate.

Damn Brian, if I wasn't looking at 4-5 weeks off work w/o pay I 'd give it a serious shot. **** as you are about your ride it has to be good. Family emergency has me $crewed.

But money or time can't be spent better than family.

Good Luck, it will make someone happy at Christmas.

I'd need a fairly healthy down payment to be able to swing taking payments... but with that inital payment out of the way I could be VERY flexable on the rest.

I'd still be interested in buying my wheels back (considering the 951 is in the air right now, and needs to come back to the earth)

or perhaps your old phone dials?

Yea, chill out?? Most people on here have a Porsche already and the potential buyers will contact you if they're interested. 3 posts in as many hours on the same thread (that you're hyjacking) is just a tad excessive.

I appreciate the bumps, but they're not really needed.

Brian,

This might not be an issue for your area, but around here and where I used to live in the UK, sports cars and convertibles don't sell when winter is around the corner and the additional expense of the holidays. If you can hold on until spring then I am sure interest would perk up.

I'd love to have a 951, but funds are strapped at the moment, and I need something MORE practical.

I know that this post doesn't put $ in your pocket, but all the best.

Martin
