I think Los Angeles would be a better venue, it looks like most of us are in the LA area. But if I must, I will drive down to San Diego.
What do you guys think of a drive and dinner at a restraunt?

I'm in... if we are going for a drive near Calabasas, I suggest Old Mullholland to Decker Cyn, then down to Malibu. Or we could go on Angeles Crest if you want to meet near Pasadena.
Hey but if people's cars need work, I'll lend my labor too.

Decker canyon is a great Idea! I say Stunt Rd. down tuna (you guys will love tuna) onto PCH and then on to Decker. After that we can decide further.

yea, but is it really practical for like 8 or 9 of us to drive down there, when theres like two of you there? I mean, I'm not trying to be an *** or anything, but there are like 5 times as many people in LA. Turn out wouldnt be as good if it was in san diego either. I mean one day were all going to see his shop anyways, its not worth it for me to drive a couple hours, put the extra milleage on the 951, just to see a shop, and then drive back. What does everyone else think? Whatever the majority wants, thats whats going to happen.
I, for one, Vote LA.

Cool, I should have my car painted and ready by then!
Okay now we pick a place to eat, and a date and time. What are we planning on doing after the restraunt? Let's try to get the most out of this day, the turnout is looking good

Pushing for San Diego
I am all the way out in Inland Impire. Drive to San Diego for me is actually longer than to LA. I think San Diego is less crowed and from IE, it is a much nicer/faster drive.
If I am not mistaken, Anderson Motorworks is one of the few out there who sell a supercharger kit for the 944N/A. I think down the road I would want to try it out. Hance, my interest in their operation, production, expertise, etc. $4000 is a lot of money, I would like to check them out before I decide. I think this is a good opportunity to check it out...
As far as "just looking at a shop", we could do that in the morning and then pick a drive and a restorant in San Diego - I think it has a lot to offer...
Just an opinion.
Thanks.
