Default Mahle Wheel Questions

My 1976 914 originally came with the cast aluminum Mahle gas burner wheels. I just bought some so that I can put it back to the way it came from the factory.
Does anyone know what size tires Porsche installed at the factory?

Also, would the spare wheel have been a Mahle or the base steel wheel?

Thanks

those are really nice wheels, 165x15 tires were installed on all of the later four cylinder models

I believe all five wheels would have been the same from the factory.

Bill is correct, all five wheels were the same. MANY dealers took the original alloy spare out and installed a steel wheel and after four car sales had a set of alloys to sell to a 914 buyer who wanted to upgrade, so hence we see original cars without their original alloy
