Default Olympia WA area help and hang

I purchased a decent shape 914 last year and want know who out there might be able and willing to help me work on it. (Mechanically) I'd really like to learn the in and outs of this machine. Also all the rubber in Windows and around targa need replaced and would be nice to diy.

So anyone willing shout out please or if you know a good site that outlines diy projects that would be great.

Plus it would be cool to hang out:?

Thanks all

Too bad I'm so far away- I'd be up to lend a hand otherwise. Best of luck!

I would suggest the "tech tips 700 book" as a start, it is very insightful as to the unique problems of the 914 now that it is 40 years old. We have a large 914 customer base in Washington, maybe could give you some people to call in your area.
