Mine are gone too. Also removed the side markers and rub strips from one of my 928s and on the other which is black, used smoked lenses to keep the functionality, but make them invisible.

Cleaner lines and more natural metal shape = better


'74 924 2.0 (2.1L) with lots of mods



84 Euro S twin dizzy (also with lots of mods)



supercharged 79 convertible with Z06 6-speed and yep....lots of mods.

Thanks! The car is maybe more fun to drive as it was to restore. Of course after each event a few things pop up the still create garage fun.

As for warts, I like the car as the Porsche studio designed it (not the US regulators).

Taking the '73 to our coffee group in the morning. One of my friends has been bugging me because I never bring a 914 and he drives his Speedster (great bee-hive example) almost every time... can't take the '71 as it's in Iowa getting its spa treatment!

(and look Ma, no warts!!)
