Default Wheel offset ? related to my 4/5 lug conversion ?
Will the offsets on the SC Fuchs that are 16-6 and 16-7 fit decently enough within the fenders?

I don't think the 7s will fit. Most cars can only fit a 205/55 under the stock fenders. You should be able to do 6s without any trouble.

16x6 205-50 or 205-55 all four corners easy, looks good
16x7 if you use the 944 turbo wheel
