I would think with no rust it could easily start at $4-5k.

I think with rust it could easily start at $10K.

Restored 914-6s have started selling in 911E price ranges.

I was assuming everything else is wrong with it. Full mechanical rebuild needed, interior, brakes, and suspension needed. Obviously, the less it needs, the more it would be worth.

We would need a lot more info to guess. Could be a $1,000 car or a $50,000 car.

And they all have rust - it's just if you found it or not.

well, went to owners house. car was there 4 mos ago. new family now lives there (previous owners were quite old), and car gone. I have some leads. trying to track down. would love to know what happened to it.

story was single owner car, bought at factory in germany, and brought over. driving a few years, and put in garage in about 1980 where it sat. I knew of the car from a few friends in town. there was some attempted purchase a year ago, to no avail.

I will update if I can find car. as a single owner, with 30 years of storage, I think it would be an excellent find.
