Default 914-6 Mag wheels

Does anyone know what charge is to refinish (properly) a 914-6 mag wheel?
PO tried to polish one on 5, I have-used polish to remove sealing coating on outside surface, about 6 in. square area. My understanding is these were lightest road wheels ever made for road by Porsche-still true?

I'm guessing you're talking about the Mahle Gasburners? As far as I know, they were never polished - they should be gray/silver paint.

If they are the Gasburners then you have the best looking rims on a 914 IMHO. Do they look like these? Not a great picture, but it is the best I had.

Media blast then wash prime and paint silver with a clear coat for protection. The gas burner is the best looking wheel on the stock-bdied cars. I will definitely source a set as my car gets finished. I have a set of deep sixes (5) matching numbers from '71 for my car and they will be finished as they came stock. The Gas Burner will be my alternate wheel for fun.

Thanks for responding. I am setting these aside with the rest I stripped out of a 914-6 in San Diego back in
late 80's- cost me the engine from my 2.0 914. My plans for a modern 914 GT replica when out the window
when I was laid off for 6 months and had to sell the balsa wood fiberglass pieces, fender flares, fuel tank
and oil tank to keep house. I think I still have hood pins somewhere.
