Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share our progress with you all as we near ever closer to Rennsport Reunion.

We're eagerly awaiting to show you this work in progress project of ours in person, so come stop by any time throughout the event and see for yourself, and don't forget to stop by our vendor booth at 5:00 pm on Saturday 9/29 for our get together!

We have been diligently working with Cary Eisenlohr of Eisenlohr Racing Products (ERP) in association with Tarett Engineering to create our 935 front suspension w/ full JRZ coilovers and extended reservoirs.

Carey getting hands on

Also, a big shout out to 914 Rubber for the great turn around time on making our steering rack look and feel brand new!

Below are our engine mounts & bar, in which we had ceramic coated.

(Don't mind the bolts in the pic as they're temp for fitment purposes)

In the middle, you will notice our lower transaxle mount, which is part of a 2 mount set - up.

Below is the upper transaxle mount, which also supports the forthcoming wing upright mounts.

It's all starting to come together.

The car will be on display showcasing the Foregline 5 lug Centerlock Conversion Kit, but due to this still being a work in progress, it will be rolled on the Panasports.

That's all for now!

absolutely a superb job keeping the character of the car, making it a thing of beauty, and dedicating the time and money to make it happen. This has always been the way Marty operates. His products are the best money can buy.

It's a wrap, Rennsport6 is in the books.

Sheridan wide-body kit removed, loading into the trailer, then homeward bound for 9148-gtt completion.
I've heard rumors of Rennsport7 at Laguna Seca in 2022 !

I can't believe I stumbled on your post. I'm a huge 914 fan and last Saturday, someone at my CC group was showing pictures he took at Rennsport and showed me a picture of your car! I asked if he knew anything about it and he did not. I tried looking it up and to no avail. Just casually browsing today and found it!
Anyway, great job! I love the small car, big engine concept and the fact that you are using a monster Porsche engine makes it all the better. I also like the flared fender look on a 914 and will be curious to see how you handle the modified grill to accommodate the engine.
Now that I've said all this, I'll go back and read this thread in detail.

That's cool that your bud checked out our 9148-gtt build at Rennsport6. Good coverage in our thread here on Rennlist. Please ask any questions that you may have as well !

Default Cayenne Forum link

Maltese, based on your powerplant choice for the Beast, I thought some of the Cayenne Turbo guys would be interested in following along with what you're doing, so I posted a thread with a link to this one over there - https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-...l#post15576906

Keep up the good work !

George...the late John Williamson (Otto's) was building a prototype set of cnc alum trailing arms for his 914, so very possible to have a good machinist take this on today. John had just about every Willow Springs record in different 914s of his...so the trailing arms would have been icing on the Cake !!
