Check for rust! and then check again

It has the early passenger seat of a '70.. but a later rear bumper (1974). Aftermarket rear reflector and Orange tail lights (it seems the red US ones are getting harder to come by). Aftermarket wheels. Can't tell, but looks like front valance/spoiler is missing (or its just got some paint/wax where it meets the bottom of the fender)

Can't tell for sure, but rocker panels look like they have raised lettering (aftermarket). Be sure to look under there at the jackports for rust. Same with battery box, right rear suspension and trunks. And floors.

I kinda like the Blue/Black color ombo. Unusual looking center armrest/cubby hole.

2.0 upgrade (would have been a 1.7) and side shifter are a plus. Check VIN tags.. is the engine carbed or FI?

Boy those Riveria wheels were popular back then! Seem like 1/2 the ones listed various places have those... cheap way to get fake 5 spokes!!

Why can't any of these craigslist 914's be in New England! The only ones I find in the area are parts cars (I understand we live in a salt and snow state).

Go check it out and look at the rust spots listed above. But if it looks decent that is a nice price for a DD. I would be all over it if it was closer.
