Default 911 front clip

has anyone ever done a 911 front end conversion on a 914? Im just curious as to how crazy it would look. It might not look half bad with rear flares

I have seen it, but it didn't do anything for me. But I also like the way 914's look and it makes me sad to see them get cut up since there aren't many good, stock ones left! - Jay

As Jay states... there are many 914's which have been 'bastardised' mainly in the early 80's. I've seen everything from 911 flat nose conversions to full body kits designed to look like the Ferrari Testorossa etc.

I fully agree that these cars should be left as stock as possible when restoring unless you find one which has been heavily modified.

If it is a track car you want then look for one which has allready been sorted - CLICK HERE FOR A GOOD EXAMPLE

To me it's a question of taste and these cars are at last starting to get the recognition that they deserve with prices and demand rising for good original 6’s.
