Burma Shave

A few weeks ago I ordered a rear floor pan for my Dad's car from these guys. I've tried calling the last two days and keep getting an answering machine that says they are working in the shop. I also sent them a fax today. Nothing. They seem to have a good reputation on 914club, hence the order. They haven't billed my credit card yet so I don't know if they even received my order. Anyway the car is tying up a stall in my shop and my guys are chomping at the bit to weld some metal in this thing. Any ideas or info? Are they still doing business?Thanks
