Post Hello I have a 912 E the engine is most like a 914 though

Hey i was wondering if anyone out there knew about the pins that hold the bearings in place???? i recently went to rebuild my engine and was very close to doing so and when i say rebuild i mean complete overhaul, i changed the bearings, and realized that there were pins missing that hold the bearings from spinning. Confusing as it is does anyone know what im trying to explain here and where i can get some replacement pins?

Your engine should use five dowel pins, four in one case half and one in the other. The part number is 111 101 123 and they are still available from Porsche for about fifty cents each.
