Boxter S/996 calipers on 914-6

Anyone ever installed these calipers on a 914? Anyone know of someone who may make a bracket to adapt the rear caliper? I'm trying to avoid having to machine one myself.

I've got his Boxster kit on the back of my -6 conversion car.
