Lug Bolts need spicing up?
I saw these and some other auctions at different times. If your lug bolts are not looking their best, buy these caps, paint em and stick em on over the oxidated ones.

I had the polisher work on them and they didn't come out bright and shiny. I woullda expected them to the way the wheels turned out. I'll try to find a power buffer. I have a brass wire brush bit for my drill. Thanks.

I just bought a set of Fuchs wheels complete with lug bolts and center caps from a former 914 owner in Canada. He had the lug bolts chrome plated in a shop near where he lives, and they are gorgeous. I have not idea what it costs to have this done, but I can certainly recommend the results.

To p914--I guess I got a good deal on the wheels.
They are in very nice shape, and the center caps were brand new and still in Porsche packaging. The chrome lug bolts were in perfect condition.
I paid $600 for the whole package. I was satisfied with that.
