Car has been traded. Thanks xsboost90, I promise to love, honor, and cherish the 944. ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Car is near Toledo, Ohio. Pictures can be found in the following link: http://www.fox302.com/index.pl?s=vg&...V&category=914
The car has 120,300 miles and change. It's Fuel-Injected (BOSCH D-Jet), has solid longitudinals and only surface rust in the battery tray area. The radio amplifier seen in a couple of the pictures was a hack job by the PO that looks much worse than it is. The actual wiring would take an hour or so to clean up if you want to rip it out. Personally I have been waiting to try re-mounting it, but I'm moving soon and have to sell the car because there's no room for it at the new place. As a consequence of not having room at the new place, the car also includes any 914 ancillary I've acquired, most of which were in a package deal and were bough with the intention of re-selling. They include a back-pad, a pair of seats from a '72, a top that is in excellent shape except for needing one seal replaced, and the majority of an FI system that I had to buy when the computer went bad since the only way for me to find a new computer was to buy a complete '76 FI system. The car also includes a breathable car cover, indoor use only.
Only current known issue is a "burnt spot" on the armature of the starter which necessitates the occasional "old Ford trick" of thwacking the starter to jostle the contacts past the burnt spot. It just needs a new or rebuilt starter bolted in.
I'm asking $4,000, but I'm not going to refuse a reasonable offer. Just don't be like the guy who called me today and asked if I'd take $1,900.![hiha](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/roflmao.gif)
The car is located at my parents' house (more traffic, and it's near the mechanic who knows me and the car). Phone number is (419) 878-6125. I can be reached at (412) 802-0174, or via E-mail at: Accord_LXi@hotmail.com. I'm happy to answer any questions about the car that you all might have.
