Default Teener-rossa?

I dropped the engine and trans-axle on my project 914, and now can really appreciate how much a previous owner loved red. Intakes, fan housing, trans-axle, and (hard to see) heat exchangers.

and he ruined the heat exchangers!! Hope that you take the time necessary to restore it to its original condition, the impeller can be recoated, the runners painted with zinc paint by Wurth

Yeah, quite a custom exhaust design--all welded together, including the rear support bracket.

I am aiming for making things original, but worried about going overboard.

a bit of paint and cleaning then new muffler muffler bracket and heat exchangers (even good used ones) and you will be all set
