Well, the only motorcycle I have acess to is an old R-71 BMW with a side car. I seariously doubt it will make it cross country before the engine blows up.

I had to push start my first car BY MY SELF at the end of a road trip when my starter gave up the ghost. 1951 ford 2dr sedan (with a 239 flat eight). A seriously heavy car. But I was 16 at the time.
I have yet to take my P-car on a road trip

I had a friend that when cross country in a VW bug that didn't have a starter motor in it. He had to push start it every time he stopped.
