Since I bought a 66' project 912 I thought it would be a good idea to start one here.
I got my 66' 912 engine running after a long slumber and unfortunately one week in it lost a valve spring sending a valve into the number 1 piston. I am now knee deep in a engine rebuild.
My 912 came with 15x4.5 Fuchs originally but the prior owner had sold them... So after years of nearly buying a set or two, I finally got a set I can restore. My winter project.
What did you do to your 912 today?
