Hi guys:

I own a 1967 912 which still has it's original black leatherette seats with engraved or patterned leatherette center areas. Unfortunately, the original material started breaking due to age, so I am considering having my front seat center parts replaced. I will admit that living in a hot area, I am not a fan of leatherette, and perhaps it is even worse in black! So, I am considering switching to Pepita cloth, in black and whte, but before doing it, I would love to find out if it could have been ordered that way originally.

Question here is: Were Pepita cloth seats available for 1967 regular seats? I read that it was in Sports seats, but I want to check on regular seats.
