TLC recommendations for new 930
First I want to thank all of you that responded to my posts while I was in the vehicle search mode. I appreciate the cameradie and assistance.
Next, I bought a 87 930 in almost cherry condition.
Now that I bought her, what are the best cleaners/waxes etc for the 87 finishes?
Any recommendations?
TIA
Briggs

Zaino for the outside and Lexol for the inside. Go over to the 993 forum and search on these questions - those guys spend lots of time detailing their cars and really know their stuff.

I'd start with Meguiars show car glaze which will richen up the color, then follow it with their #26 wax. If it is really scratched or has acid rain spots, you can buff it with 3M Perfect-It III rubbing compound (carefully).

Fellow rennlister. Was at his house 2 weeks ago. A fanatical owner. His cars always bring ribbons. Nice guy too.
