Turbo purchase from a guy named Phillip. Florida

I sold him my low miles 964 turbo in 2009 and had no problem with the transaction. However, many, many people have had problems with him. I guess I should consider myself lucky. The car did end up at one of the high end Porsche dealers in CA.

Phillip has been selling Porsche's for a few years now...under different aliases. Some have had good experiences ..others not so much. I almost purchased a car he once owned, it was in excellent condition. He tends to invest some money into the car before he sells. Interior and exterior are usually in excellent condition. The only complaint I got from the seller of the car that he used to own was that he had promised some original parts with the sale but never came through with the parts. He's definitely a flipper. My advice if buying from him, it's best to view the car in person. If the car includes any associated parts, make sure all of it is there before passing off the cash. If selling a car to him, give him your best price but don't be surprise to see your car for sale for 50% more....in other words that is what he does for business..nothing wrong with that.
Would I buy a car from him?...sure if I view it in person and it passes a ppi..with me there to view the ppi.
