Had the washer jets replaced and my bellows do not sit right. Do I need to remove the entire assembly to reinstall the bellows? I don't have the car back yet but the problem is the bellows are not flush against the marker lights. They kind of stick out so there is a giant gap. The shop says the bellows expanded due to age and they couldn't get them to seat properly but I think they messed up. Any help for me redoing their work would be appreciated. Pics would be great.

Yes. Pictures of the correct way to install them or of their orientation on the car from the back. I just can't believe my shop is not capable of putting these on right so if they are tricky pictures are best.
