Custom Headers for TT Setup?
Anybody know approx how much I'd be looking at to have custom headers fabricated for a twin turbo setup based on a pair of hybrid Garrett T03/T04 turbochargers and TiAL 40mm Wastegates?
Looking at the above, coupled with Motec EMS, pressure sensing, 8.0:1 compression, full length intercooler, dual in-out free flowing muffler, twin 965 fuel pumps, 944t injectors, ARP bolts, GT2-EVO CAMs, RUF 3.4L P&Cs, RUF lightweight titanium rods, uprated valvetrain components.
This is for a street car and I do not plan to exceed 1bar boost.
The turbo's have been spec'd to flow max of 350HP each.

FWIW,...if an exhaust system was fabricated out of Inconel and done properly, it might be over $ 3000 to do this.
Custom stuff like this is very time consuming and given the operating temperatures in Turbo systems, over 1500 deg F at 1 bar, would require an expensive premium material like this.
