I don't know if it's of any interest but from 80 to 85 you could buy a 930 in Canada without issue. What you got was essentially a European model, differences like ride height, headlights and emissions set these cars apart from the 282hp version that came later.
When I bought my 930 it came with the original factory standard equipment list and factory options list for Canada.
Here's a partial
3.3 L turbo charged 6 cyl. Air cooled engine, rear, with fuel injection and transistorized breakerless ignition developing 300 hp
Finned oil cooler integrated in front spoiler
4 speed fully synchronized manual transmission with external oil cooler
Sport shock absorbers
92 amp alternator
Tinted windshield. With graduated tint
Alarm system
Extended leather
16x7 16x8 forged alloy with anti theft etc.
Options, sport steering wheel 70$ limited slip 985$ sport seats N/Charge etc...
Prices effective October 1, 1984 subject to change without notice *dealer may sell for less. Quote.
