86 Misses Under Boost Problem Solved
The problem that caused my miss was a loose hose from the inter-cooler to the auxillary air valve. I tightend the clamp and end of problem. But...
The hose was loosened when my mechanic did the tune up 750 miles ago (replacing the O ring on the inter-cooler). I took it back to the same mechanic to see if they could figure it out. Their approach to diagnosis appears to be start replacing parts until eventualy the problem is solved.
I spent close to $700 on repairs that probably were not needed, if the mechanic had done the job right the first time. Oh well at least now I have new wires and coil and a car that runs great again.
