My 1986 930 has a weird lighting problem. The left fog light and right parking and tail lights are out. The right foglight and left parking and tail lights are fine. Fuses are fine.

Any suggestions?

Yes that is a diode. It is unplugged or no good. If you need a new one just go to radio shack and get a diode# 1N4002 solder a female connector on each end and make your own(originals are nla)If you need a pic, pm me your email address and I will email you two pics I have. Got the fog light working so now I just have the right side parking and tail lights out. The blinkers work fine as does the standing light so I am mystified.

Any suggestions?

Congrats on the fog lights!! As for the right...

Have you replaced the bulbs on the right side? As the blinkers work - I'm wondering if the dual filament bulbs aren't toast?

Also - have you removed the light assemblies and checked the wiring into the housings and the grounds..?

It's where I'd start from here..?
