electrical diagrams for 86 930?
I'd like to make some sense of the spaghetti I found inside my automatic climate control unit between the seats. I have 12V to it but no action on the linkage bar to the heater boxes lever, nor any heater fans blow. In other words, turning the **** to any posistion does nothing at all. All my fuses look good, and again, I have power to it.
What publication would diagram the purposes of each wire, by color, etc?

There was an Tech article in Panos or Excellence not to long ago that delt with this issue. Mine failed me on my '81 SC, but so far I've had good luck on my '87 930.

The "Porsche 911 Carrera Service Manual 84-89" by Bentley publishers has diagrams for all electrical circuits, the only ones missing are things specific to the turbo parts (intercooler etc.) The manual is 2 inches thick and full of useful service and troubleshooting info for everthing. Its $85 from Amazon
