We tune the clutch twice but it didn't help.

What could it be?
Finally I took my car after gearbox rebuild but my problems (shifting first and second gears) were not solved. Now it is easier but not so good as it must be after geabox repair...
But now it does not mateer if the car is hot or just started - problem with shifting 1 and 2 gears stays the same. It does not getting harder when the car is hot.

Sergey, what type/weight gear oil did you/your mechanic put in the gearbox?

I'd also make sure your shifter/coupling is properly adjusted. Procedure is in the factory shop manuals. Or, you can take a look at a recently updated thread in this forum titled, "Procedure for adjusting shift coupling needed".

Give that a shot...

Thank you Allen.
It is mineral oil 80w-90.
Another shop will try to adjust shifter/coupling.

Sergey, that viscosity should work well for you.

I think we discussed this [here] already. If you're able to find it, I suggest you try some [conventional/mineral] Swepco 201 in 75w-90...it is arguably the Gold standard for 930 4-speed boxes [at least in the States].

In any case, let us know if re-adjusting the linkage helps your situation.
