I believe I just found the beast you've described here. I've been wanting a 930 since 1985 when I bought a NA 86 944 on the tourist delivery program. When they took me back to the delivery garage at the factory there was a red w/black 930 sitting next to my 944. I kidded the guy about me taking the 930 instead but with no such luck. I've always loved the red/black combination and that was my 944 also. My only real hard and fast requirements in a 930 were to find that combo with sport seats. I lucked up on a really nice one that is a lot faster than I thought I'd get. Oh well, I'll just have to live with it. Below is a picture of my 930 and my Ninja. The Ninja looks badass but it is actually a 250. It is also the most fun I've ever had during 50 odd years of riding.

I have one in Atlanta but the engine is currently out.

What do you prefer? Coupe, convertible, or targa? I know of a nice convertible in town for sale.

I've never been a fan of the Targa, but open to coupes and convertibles. I'm a few months out from buying but shoot me a PM with the info on the vert.

Thanks!

Contact Rennlist user JJK78. He can give you details about the convertible and how to contact the owner.
