Where do these people do their research? Apparently we're missing some vital piece of info. The sad part is that prospective buyers know a whole lot more about the value than the seller and his dreams. And to top it off, the "gallery" pictures were absolutely hideous.
If mine appreciated 26% anually, it would be housed in a hermetically sealed bubble and driven only 10 miles a year.
