Default Parts help needed

Need help in finding a parts source. The EFI installation I had done left me with a blow off valve that vents to the atmosphere instead of back into the air inlet tube as with the stock set up. This gives me that "whoosh" sound whenever I lift the gas and I HATE this sound....(sound like a bus door whooshing open.)
Any idea where I can source a set-up which routes the blow-off valve into the air intake tubing?
Thanks,
Drew

What you will be after is what they call a "diverter valve" They also make "blow off" valves that are much quieter... but most of them are loud, as that is what the "rice" crowd is after. Are you using a MAF meter? If so, make sure you dump the air behind the MAF so, it doesnt have to meter the air again.

I didn't notice any sensors on the air intake plumbing....could the Throttle Position Sensor be doing this calcluation along with the crank sensor?

Yes, along with a MAP sensor.

Make sure the air taken out is after the IC and it gets put back in before the IC.

Andrew, if you dont have a MAF sensor, then you are using speed density, which is TPS, with a MAP sensor. IIRC, it shouldnt matter where you vent it... as long as you are not using MAF sensor, or the stock CIS system... which you dont have because your EFI. But look at the stock diverter valve from a 965... That just might work...

Looks like the 965 diverter will be the way to go, but does anyone make a pre-inlet tube that already has a fitting where I can attach the other end of the diverter?

Answering my own question...... I now remember that prior to my EFI installation I had the 965 rubber elbow with the molded diverter valve opening in it.
This was not the case after the EFI installation and this is what I need to install.
Thanks everyone for stoking my brain.
