I am looking for a slantnose. I have been looking at the usual ebay and autotrader, but I would really feel better buying from a true enthusiast. Anyone selling. Stock or modified.

What about a DP car?

 

Sorry for my ignorance but what is a DP car?

 

A 930 collector called me last week looking to sell his '87 M505. E-mail me if interested.
Black/black with DP tail, 70K miles.
DP is/was a rebody manufacturer back in the '80s that produced bodywork for many of the slope nose versions including Kremer, and of course their own line, DP.

yes it is, especially when you buy it off ebay last month for $35,000 with paint damage to the front bumper

 

Yeah... I was actually kind-of joking with Steve. Although it may be appealing to some, I think that, with that color, you'd be stuck with that car for a long time if you bought it. I think more standard colors are a safer investment. No idea what it would be worth.

i didn't see this one on e-bay. i have physically looked at a black/back 87 in charlotte at exclusive motors that is absolutely prisinte, low ,miles and a 5 speed upgrade. i think htey want $59k for it now. . i also looked at an 87 in denver for slightly less money with similar miles but not as nice as the one in charlotte.
