+1 on drews comments, finding those that will bother to take the time to talk through your issues etc with nothing to gain is pretty tough (even worse finding someone that knows what they are talking about). There has been plenty of posts on these forums slating places that as good as tell you to beat it when there is nothing in it for them. Not out and out to defend IA I've not had any dealings with them to-date, but I like to hear they are willing to talk. Definitely on my list of suppliers esp as the yUSD exchange rate is in my favour for now!!
