nathan, I have leasks soliniod so I do not run rich down low. I have it set to come on at 4800 rpms. I run 12-12.2 then the solinoid opens up and I drop down to 11.2 and it slowly climbs. I dont have a euro head. JBL, my system pressure is between 6.7-6.8.

I was under the impression that with system pressure at that level and the IA fuel head you'd have enough fuel for a bit more than 400rwhp, good to know where the limit is i suppose, cheers for the info

Well, it would seem that maybe you need a modified USA head.
Why not discuss this with Stephen Kaspar of IA.
To get your head to work - What is the control pressure at your max boost level when the solenoid isn't blocking the signal?
Need to know this to see if the DWUR can help you.

Nathan my fuel head is a USA one. I richened it up thru the fuel head and I am fine. If i remove the solenoid I run super rich. I hope this DWUR works out I am sick of adjusting my fuel system. Thanks for all the help guys.

It's very customizable like Firefox, so if you want to try it: http://www.filehippo.com/download_maxthon/
When you do that you can see the silver USA fuel head with the gold cad plated banjo fittings sitting back there with what looks like red spark plug wires coming out from behind it.
I'm guessing those are probably his motors in his avatar.

If you do have a silver one then you really need to find out what your control pressure is on max boost. If your cp is already as low as the DWUR can do then the DWUR is not going to fix your problem unless you increase your system pressure. I'm sure your system pressure could be increased if you use the 044 pumps. I am however not sure if you would need two of them. If you did use an 044 then you should remove both current pumps.
I take it you do have two pumps?

Nathan, I do have 2 pumps. I did a flow test and I am flowing plenty of fuel. I did get my A/F down where I want them ( 12.3 at 6000rpms). I dont think I have any problems. From what I get from my mechanic is it is my gearing. I have a very low gear ratio. I go to about 50mph in 1st, 80mph in 2nd, 110mph in 3rd and about 140-145mph in 4th. As I go up in gears my A/f get better amd better. 1st and second go so fast that he thinks the WUR cant keep up with them. In 4th I have more fuel then I need. I am hopeing the DWUR will help me with that, as well as not having to reset my WUR with the weather changes. I was kicking around EFI but dont really want to dump that kind of money. I know it is really the best solution. If the DWUR can help me keep my A/F in line and with my Electromotive xdi doing my ignition timing I should be in great shape. If that does not work, I will be saving my pennies for EFI and hope I can find someone to tune it for me.

The DWUR will not compensate for weather changes AFAIK. It also doesn't know what gear you are in.
EFI can do both of the above...
Anyway, seems you are not out of fuel just yet as you could increase your sp and readjust your WUR to suit.
Megasquirt is a cheap option of EFI, not sure if it has the ability for different gear fuelling though. Motec does

Nathan I was told by steve that the new DWUR that is coming out is going to read a wide band 02 and it will adjust the pressures by the A/F readings. So I am waiting for the updated one that works off the wide band sensor.
