That is for a 76 or 77 only.

In fact the 77s gained twenty or thirty pounds on the 76s in areas such as super modern POWER brakes and whatnot...

Scott,

Funny you should ask as I just renewed my tags and one of the things that caught my eye was that fact that they calculate tag fee in weight class... obviously they were wrong as they had my 78 classed at 3700 Lbs !!!! My first thought was wow, I guess I will start stripping stuff off.. what you guys have posted sounds more reasonable...

On another note, Wher've you been? Didn't see you at "Gathering of the Faithful" in Reston (unless I just missed you) didn't see you at the PCA Open House in Springfield, and didn't catch you on the tour to the Club Race... did you make it up? Tour was a blast!!

Curb weight out of my 79 930 Owners manual says 2855 lbs. I guess my car gained 50 pounds of wax and stereo gear!!

I was at the Reston gathering...I saw Tim and we hung out for a few (1.5 hours). The springfield gathering...I was a tad bit worn out from all day Saturday doing what nots and we had some people over for a few drinks... and I decided to have a tad bit too much.. The club race I did not attend...I did the HPDC prior and my brake pads and pedal bushings are in desparate need of repairs...

Actually I think I am going out to Summit this saturday to see my old man spin around and watch him instruct...Now that they finally resurfaced....

Hope all is well.

2855 lbs... guess that's reasonable, probably add another 40lbs for the Recaro "C" seats.

It sure is hard to keep this thing "appealing" in the interior.. I've considered the diet plan a couple of times and still have not ruled it out. ... you know, RS carpet with rear seat delete, RS door panels, SRD seats. Hmmmm!
