Some photos of my 86 930
Hi Gang,
I've been around awhile, but don't stop by or post often.
A Student from the local photography college took some shots of my 930 a few weeks ago and thought I'd share them.
1986 with around 72k miles now... I've owned it for 11-12yrs and put about 40k miles since purchase. Stock except for RH 3.6 wheels and updated stereo & speakers.
Cheers,
Paul

Thanks for all the kind replies!
The wheels are 8.5 x 18 and 10 x 18 with 235/40 and 285/30 Michelin Pilot Sport.
I originally swapped out the Fuch right after purchasing the car and put on some 17" C2 Turbo replicas. I liked the way they updated the look of the car, but had always lusted after the 3.6 wheels. The Fuch wheels are great, but I'd owned an SC, Carrera & 944T previously which all had Fuch's and I was simply tired of looking at them.
The Current 3.6 wheels have been in place since 2001 and remain looking almost new (2yrs in Phoenix & 5yrs on the coast in Santa Barbra, CA). They really give the car a great agressive stance especially after dialing in the ride height.
Here's a picture circa 2000 with the C2 wheels...
Cheers,
Paul
