Mine has a B&B header and a GHL muffler. It sounds nice and throaty at an idle. Underway I don't notice it as much with the wind noise and all. I can't really compare performance vs stock since I bought it this way, but the car is pretty darn fast!

Ours is slightly different to your 930's but the some of the best stuff I have come across is Scart. Their cat bypass (or sports cat) is second to none, looks, quality and sound. If they do 930 I thoroughly recommend them.
Just checked their webiste and yes they do:

PS: I am not affiliated, just good quality deserves recommendation

Sandman,
I use the cat bypass and it sounds better than any other on the market. (But I also changed a few other things, see my signature!)
2 turbo owner friends have now bought them when they heard mine, and everyone compliments. I also have a friend who has the swans neck. At a recent multi sportscar event (a tunnel run in fact, where the point is to sound loud) one guy said mine was the meanest sounding Porsche he had ever heard!
PS: I will try and get a good sound recording of mine sometime soon ;-)
Here is, but not great, just light throttle: turn up the volume:
