Default Advice on switching to serpentine belt, please!

I have a problem where I am wanting to remove the AC, but the prior owner put everything on one serpentine pulley set up (crank, fan and AC).

So now I want to run just the crank and fan with a serpentine belt, but I will need to install a belt tensioner, and I can either buy two new pulleys or better yet, find a serpentine belt in the right size for the pulleys I have.

I am looking for a cheap solution, not something costly like Clewett's system ($650 just for the tensioner).

I have heard that a 944 has some kind of tensioner set up. Can I bolt this to my motor mount and use it on a serpentine belt?

I also would like to know if there is a web site with a large selection of different serpentine belts sizes, so maybe I can re-use my current pulleys (without the AC pulley).

Thanks!
